The 112 guys are back again - with yet another controversial song (flashback to their last hit, 'Anywhere'). This time 'Peaches & Cream' has sent the media into a frenzy with its racy implications and soulful sound.

I got the guys on the line to talk about their new CD and have some laughs. When asked the stressful question of "if your house was on fire and you could only save one thing it would be…the guys responded:

"Jesus Christ, there's five people living in my house!" shouts Mike, dreading the idea.

"If my house burnt up…I'd probably save my…I dunno, everything's pretty much insured. Well - my Playstation 2 isn't insured. That Playstation 2 was hell - I paid almost a thousand dollars for that!" exclaims Slim.

"Check book" says Mike, "I dunno - I have diamonds and rings…no I'd save my pit-bull".

Back to the CD...

Whether you like the slow-jams or the hip-hop beats, this CD is packed with the classic 112 sound.

"There's a little something for everybody," Daron says.

"12 was from the inner-city, we came from meager beginnings" says Mike, "that's what we want people to knows us as being role models for - the fact that you can do it, because you believe it".

Although occasionally criticized for their songs being heavily-laden with sexuality, they say that "it is a reflection of 112. We've grow from boys to men - no pun intended. As times progressed…we could talk about anywhere because we'd been there. We were talking about life experiences. Sex is a part of life. It's not a bad thing to talk about it, it's just how its said. That's why we chose to make Peaches & Cream, it's the sort of song you have to use your imagination on" says Mike.

A definite must-have album!

P.S. You can give them extra brownie points for the crazy dancing! They got skills!
